Toasty update✨

Thanks to everyone that shared and helped us find a foster for Toasty! He made his way from Arkansas on Thursday and went straight to our vet on Friday. And this is where we need help again…

Yesterday he went in for a thorough exam and testing. He has heartworm, needs a dental, has unstable back legs, ear infection, bad skin, and some lumps/masses. Yesterday’s visit was just over $1,000 and we anticipate another $2,000 for his visit in a couple weeks.

We couldn’t leave this old man at the shelter where he wouldn’t be able to get all the medical care he needed. You came through when we needed a foster and we are hoping you can help us with the expenses now!
